Free Kids Art Activity At The Arts Council Arts Market – November 24th and 25th

Project Create is pumped to invited back to the Arts Council of New Orleans Arts Market this month. We will be there for the 2 day market providing another FREE Kids Activity Booth.

This month we will be making Origami Animals!!! Here are a couple of examples for the kiddies:

10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Kids Activity from 10:30 – 3:30)
Palmer Park, S. Carrollton and S. Claiborne Aves in Uptown.
Free and open to the public

Project Create’s First Event: Paint Your Own Art at the OCH Art Market

Project Create has reached a new level: we have raised over $1000 (a huge thank you to all of our amazing donors), and we have officially booked our first event at the OCH (Oretha Castle Haley BLVD) Art Market!!!

This Saturday (9/8/2012 – not March 10), we will be hosting a booth where anyone and everyone can paint their own art for FREE! We will have a table set up with acrylic paints, paint brushes, and canvasses for you to paint your little hearts out. So if you are free on Saturday, make your way down to the OCH Art Market and make yourself an artist! This month is focused on wellness and health, so be sure to also check out some great original art, yoga, and Thai food (Yum!).
